As a Floor Lead, you will drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll lead by example, maximize KPIs, and maintain brand standards in visual presentation and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Ability to identify and escalate operational issues

• Experience in retail leadership or similar role

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold customer service expectations using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, and sales success
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment processes
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Support onboarding, performance assessment, and team engagement
