💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians at EquipmentShare's rental facility in Minneapolis. You'll use our proprietary T3 platform to manage work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues across hundreds of equipment makes and models. This role puts you at the center of our mission to transform the construction industry through technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using proprietary tech
• Coordinate and supervise heavy equipment mechanics
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Three years of maintenance and service experience
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction field
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• At least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
