Description
You will own and execute regional demand generation campaigns targeting startup founders and CFOs across APAC, Middle East, and Africa. You'll manage digital campaigns, events, and lifecycle programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue, working closely with sales and SDRs.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or private markets
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Experience owning regional or multi-market demand programs
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and SDR-led sales motions
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and execute regional demand generation campaigns across paid social, search, display, email, and website
- Support 1:many ABM motions, gifting campaigns, and multi-touch nurture programs
- Partner with SDRs and sales to align campaigns with territory priorities and optimize follow-up
- Own marketing strategy for Carta-hosted events and manage sponsorships of ecosystem events
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
