💼 About This Role

You'll mentor a team of Settlement Analysts and lead the launch of options settlement for a self-clearing broker-dealer, partnering with Product and Engineering to automate processes. This role ensures seamless trading, settlement, and reporting while driving operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily options settlement operations and fail control functions.
• Oversee seg deficit management and segmentation reporting.
• Mentor a team of Settlement Analysts on day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in brokerage operations with options settlement expertise.
• Self-clearing broker-dealer experience in trade clearance and settlements.
• Series 7, 24, and 53 securities licenses.
• Proficiency with DTC, NSCC, Obligation Warehouse, SMART Track.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TRACE and MSRB reporting.
• Fixed-income settlement knowledge.
• Leadership experience in process improvement.
