Requirements

• **Bachelor's degree** in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• **7+ years** experience designing, building, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
• **5+ years** experience leading and managing infrastructure teams.
• **Deep expertise** in servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team, fostering a service-oriented culture.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, including incident management and SLAs.
• Design and review infrastructure architectures aligned with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven metrics and SOPs.
