💼 About This Role

You'll respond to maintenance and repair service requests and carry out preventive maintenance tasks for a student living property. Your work ensures the safety and functionality of buildings and equipment, delivering optimal service to residents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems
• Perform minor maintenance and repair on appliances, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs
• Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment and operating systems

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Experience with building automation systems
