You will lead strategic and tactical execution for a Distribution Center, managing people and processes, analyzing performance metrics, controlling expenses, and developing high-performing teams to achieve safety, accuracy, and efficiency goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7-9 years leading high-volume fulfillment or distribution center operations with automation exposure
• Proven track record managing large teams
• Expertise with technology, data, and warehouse automation systems
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all aspects of Distribution Center operations including people and processes
• Analyze business trends and metrics to develop strategic solutions and policies
• Monitor expenses to align with company guidance
• Partner with HR on DEI, workforce planning, and safety initiatives
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams
