Description

You will work with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues, employing a customer-centric approach to improve service quality. You'll identify and resolve customer problems, provide professional advice and training, and articulate Telesign's products and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years customer facing role
  • Fluent English, excellent verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Working understanding of REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python

Responsibilities

  • Identify, clarify, and resolve customer impacting problems
  • Provide professional advice, training, and responses
  • Learn and articulate Telesign products, services, and operational technology
  • Drive increased customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases
