Description
You will work with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues, employing a customer-centric approach to improve service quality. You'll identify and resolve customer problems, provide professional advice and training, and articulate Telesign's products and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years customer facing role
- Fluent English, excellent verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people
- Working understanding of REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python
Responsibilities
- Identify, clarify, and resolve customer impacting problems
- Provide professional advice, training, and responses
- Learn and articulate Telesign products, services, and operational technology
- Drive increased customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations
- Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases
