You will lead the design of best-in-class digital experiences, owning the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, balancing business goals with user needs, and contribute to mentoring and advancing the design practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality work across experience, visual, and interaction design
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Advanced English required

Responsibilities

• Design experiences and interfaces with high attention to craft, usability, and polish
• Deliver pixel-perfect design systems, interactions, and flows in Figma
• Apply UX research and product data to refine designs
• Facilitate and lead stakeholder reviews with feedback prioritization
• Lead project teams through discovery, ideation, and execution phases
