You'll serve as the main contact for customer quality issues, coordinating communication and resolution. You'll lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology. You'll support new product launches with APQP and PPAP activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as main contact for customer quality issues, coordinating resolution.
• Lead structured problem-solving with 8D, A3, or DMAIC.
• Support APQP and PPAP for new product launches.
• Interpret GD&T prints and develop inspection plans.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing quality with customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with 8D or DMAIC problem-solving.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and ISO/IATF 16949.
• Proficiency with Minitab.
• Metrology and measurement systems experience.
