You'll build Fluidstack's team by sourcing exceptional talent, evaluating against a high technical bar, and moving at startup speed. You'll architect sourcing strategies to discover hidden gems and close candidates who have their pick of opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build creative pipelines to discover top 0.01% talent via unconventional channels
• Partner with hiring managers to design rigorous sourcing and evaluation processes
• Design sourcing playbooks, assessment frameworks, and data systems for scale

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of sourcing experience with top 0.01% technical talent
• Experience at companies with exceptionally high technical bars
• Deep expertise sourcing across technical communities (GitHub, arXiv, conferences)
• Experience at high-growth tech companies or startups (cloud/infrastructure or AI/ML)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud/infrastructure or data centers
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent landscape
