You will oversee a team building and maintaining mission-critical systems handling high-volume messaging, automation workflows, and cross-channel customer engagement. This strategic role shapes technical direction for foundational messaging capabilities while ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across services.

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers for messaging infrastructure and automation workflows.
  • Own the technical strategy and roadmap for high-volume messaging systems.
  • Manage on-call operations, incident response, and postmortems for operational excellence.
  • Partner with product, platform, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles managing engineers and teams.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for large-scale, high-volume distributed systems.
  • Strong background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms.
  • Experience managing operational excellence including on-call rotations and incident management.
