You'll support People Operations and recruiting in a remote-first, globally distributed team. Your work will ensure hiring processes run smoothly and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated. This role offers exposure to recruiting workflows, onboarding, and internal People initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate People data and documentation in internal systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in async, remote-first environments across time zones.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
