💼 About This Role

You'll own the reliability of the Freeplay platform and guide Fortune 100 engineering teams deploying into their private clouds. You'll bridge core infrastructure engineering and high-stakes customer deployments, building multi-cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure. This role offers a front-row seat to cutting-edge AI architectures at the world's largest companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide enterprise customers through BYOC deployments in their VPCs.
• Manage internal production infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Package and distribute Freeplay using Helm, Replicated, and KOTS.
• Drive Terraform strategy for modular, reusable infrastructure definitions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability or platform engineering.
• Production Kubernetes fluency managing EKS/GKE/AKS clusters.
• Deep Terraform expertise for multi-environment IaC setups.
• Database operational experience managing Postgres and Elasticsearch at scale.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Solutions Engineering or Field Engineering.
• Familiarity with Replicated/KOTS or similar packaging tools.
• Experience operating NATS, JetStream, or Kafka.
