You'll lead a team of Account Executives driving Docker's Mid-Enterprise business in the Central region, owning revenue execution and pipeline quality. Your core impact will be coaching reps, inspecting forecast accuracy, and scaling Docker's multi-product sales motion. This remote-first role puts you at the center of developer tooling innovation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue targets.
- Own Central region revenue execution across net-new ARR, expansion, and forecast accuracy.
- Run weekly cadence of forecast reviews, pipeline inspection, and deal strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable top-tier Account Executives.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years managing quota-carrying SaaS Account Executives.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding team revenue targets.
- Experience selling to technical audiences (developer, DevOps, security).

- Experience with open-source software business models or product-led growth.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach.
- Experience selling to Mid-Enterprise customers.
