💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech and language therapy to patients in a home health setting, completing your Clinical Fellowship Year. You'll assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans to improve outcomes. You'll receive supervision and mentorship from a licensed SLP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Temporary CA state license or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist CFY.
• Valid CA License.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
