Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of data products and AI/ML systems to improve patient experience and commercial operations, reducing friction and increasing efficiency. You'll own the full product lifecycle from discovery to production, partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in data systems, modern data platforms, ML, and emerging AI patterns (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems)
• Strong stakeholder intuition and experience across patient experience and commercial operations functions
• Hands-on data analysis skills (querying datasets, reviewing schemas, validating assumptions)
• Experience designing and running experiments to validate product performance
• Ability to ensure robust data pipelines, model observability, and training-serving consistency

Responsibilities

• Define and own Data AI product strategy and roadmap for Patient Experience and Commercial Operations
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes
• Lead end-to-end product discovery with interviews, workflow mapping, data assessments, and ROI modeling
• Define product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and success metrics
• Partner with data and AI/ML engineering to deliver scalable products and manage ML lifecycle
