You'll manage relationships with enterprise merchants in India's retail ecosystem, driving solutions and upselling Paytm's payment products. You'll act as the primary point of contact to retain and grow key accounts. This role offers exposure to digital payments and cross-selling in a fast-paced fintech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with onboarded merchants.
- Develop holistic solutions for assigned accounts leveraging retail ecosystem knowledge.
- Upsell and cross-sell Paytm products to maximize revenue.
- Monitor account health to prevent competitor entry.
๐ Requirements
- Enterprise account management experience (large retailers).
- Proven track record in upselling and cross-selling.
- Cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the Indian retail ecosystem.
- Familiarity with digital payments and fintech.
- Exposure to payment products like Soundbox, EDC, QR.
