Description

You will define active EO/IR system architectures, perform radiometric performance modeling, and validate models through lab and field testing. You'll lead trade studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance remote sensing systems for defense applications.

Requirements

• Model development and validation in remote sensing domains
• Ability to decompose complex systems into functional parts
• Experience in system design from concept through test and delivery
• Strong laboratory skills with opto-electrical test equipment
• U.S. security clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Define system architectures via detailed trade studies and analyses
• Derive physics-based models of sensor system performance and requirements
• Lead development of prototype sensor systems in lab environment
• Support laboratory and field-based experiments and demonstrations
• Validate models against laboratory and real-world data
