💼 About This Role

You'll work on Feathr's SaaS platform for nonprofits, designing and maintaining backend systems. You'll own your code from planning to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers fully remote work and a chance to help the helpers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and iterate over the product development lifecycle
• Design and develop features with other Product Team engineers
• Break down complex technical challenges into manageable work components
• Ensure integrity, availability, and confidentiality of Feathr’s data

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development with SaaS products
• Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems
• Professional experience shipping complicated software to real users
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-hosted Drone CI/CD
• Familiarity with Advanced ElasticSearch APIs
