💼 About This Role

You'll lead product safety assurance and metrics workstreams for autonomous truck software at Torc Robotics, a Daimler company. Your core impact will be driving cross-functional alignment on the technology roadmap to enable critical product milestones. You'll also reconcile gaps in timelines and proactively manage dependencies and risks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize needs for product safety and regulatory workstreams.
• Represent workstreams to build cross-functional plans and define acceptance criteria.
• Reconcile gaps in timelines and proactively address dependencies and risks.
• Report status to leadership and drive timely execution on the technology roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product or Technical Program Manager in AV/robotics/auto.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Robotics, EE, or related field with 6+ years experience.
• Track record of driving cross-functional programs and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing cross-functional roadmap including dependencies and change management.

• Experience integrating safety case and regulatory requirements into software design.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
