🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of mobile platform engineers building shared frameworks and tooling.
• Lead medium-to-large scale platform initiatives like cross-cutting migrations.
• Foster career development and align platform roadmap with engineers' growth interests.
• Participate in code reviews and drive effective technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to align platform capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in formal Engineering Management of direct reports.
• Strong expertise in React Native development and familiarity with iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining shared mobile libraries or platform infrastructure.
• Proven ability as a hands-on technical contributor comfortable with code reviews and architecture.
