You'll own the full sales cycle for XBOW's AI-powered autonomous pentester, collaborating with executive leadership to shape sales strategy. Your insights will directly drive product evolution as you join early with significant influence and upside. This is a chance to help define the growth of a Sequoia-backed startup revolutionizing offensive security.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Refine positioning and surface customer insights with team and founders
- Define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
- Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
๐ Requirements
- Proven SaaS sales experience in Security/Application Security
- 5+ years selling into enterprise customers
- Thrive in early-stage environments with ambiguity
- Communicate clearly with technical buyers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to Financial Services or regulated industries
- Sold directly into CISO's org at Fortune 500 companies
- Experience selling pentesting or AppSec solutions
