You'll design and build repeatable deployment frameworks for GovWell, scaling enterprise launches for local governments. Your work will reduce time to go-live through automation and reusable migration tooling. This role offers high ownership at a hyper-growth startup with a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design repeatable deployment frameworks for enterprise customers.
• Build scalable migration and data tooling for legacy datasets.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to unblock complex launches.
• Productize common enterprise requirements into configurable systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer in production SaaS.
• Experience building data migration pipelines or ETL systems.
• Comfortable working directly with customers or client-facing teams on deployments.
• Advanced user of modern AI tools to accelerate development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with geospatial (GIS) data.
• Experience in government or enterprise software deployment.
• Familiarity with RedwoodJS or GraphQL.
