Description

You will ensure the accuracy of digital analytics data across web and mobile platforms by building automated regression tests, validating implementations in Adobe Analytics and ObservePoint, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. This role focuses on QA for tracking implementations, dataLayer validation, and production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA with digital analytics validation focus
• Strong Adobe Analytics and tagging best practices knowledge
• Hands-on ObservePoint and network traffic inspection experience
• Familiarity with data layers, visitor IDs, and cross-platform testing
• Comfortable with web and mobile testing in staging/production; advanced English

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated regression tests for analytics across web and mobile
• Validate analytics data (eVars, props, events) per Adobe Analytics standards
• Conduct UAT to ensure data flows reflect business requirements
• Test dataLayer implementations and inspect network requests using ObservePoint and browser tools
• Log and track bugs related to data issues, support QA sign-offs and production issue resolution
