💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical field health and safety professional on a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing construction project in Manassas, VA. You'll provide hands-on oversight, conduct regular site walks and field evaluations, and enforce safety policies. This role offers high visibility within a technically complex build environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct regular site walks and field evaluations to identify hazards.
• Lead pre-construction planning meetings and review JHAs.
• Audit contractor safety plans and monitor compliance.
• Respond to incidents and conduct thorough investigations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Semiconductor field
• 6+ years EHS construction safety for General Contractor or Semiconductor Client
• OSHA 30 certification
• AS/BS in Occupational Safety and Health or related degree

• Semiconductor Tool-Install experience
• CSP or CHST certification
• Experience in cleanroom construction
