💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Client Platform Engineering team to own Affirm's endpoint platform end-to-end. You'll build the program scaffolding from scratch, establishing KPIs and operating rhythms that give visibility into compliance posture and patch currency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop a team of three engineers
• Define and maintain the Client Platform Engineering roadmap
• Establish KPIs for endpoint compliance and patch currency
• Guide architecture of macOS-first endpoint platform

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on endpoint engineering experience
• 2+ years of people management or technical leadership
• Scripting proficiency in Bash and Python
• Experience building programs with KPI frameworks and prioritization

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AutoPkg, Munki, or equivalent
• Experience in fintech or regulated environment
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible
