You will partner with product and operations teams to drive financial insights for gross margin, inventory, and operational spend. Your work will support strategic decision-making through planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure financial discipline across the business.

Requirements

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Self-starter capable of managing projects independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in FP&A, ideally supporting merchandising or supply chain

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to analyze AUR, AUC, IMU, markdown, and margin drivers
• Identify and communicate margin risks and opportunities
• Support scenario modeling for sourcing, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization
• Forecast and monitor inventory investment and working capital with Supply Chain and Planning
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational spend
