💼 About This Role

You'll lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX designers, owning the comprehensive product experience. You'll set high standards for product execution and oversee the product roadmap, collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You'll have final sign-off authority on all apps and products and act as an internal advocate for users at the leadership level.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and UX designers.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing from concept to launch.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers
• Proven track record of launching products from concept to market
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams
