💼 About This Role

You'll design, build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition projects to production for defense technology systems at Anduril Industries. You'll get exposure to missile integration and testing while using first principles physics. This role offers hands-on fabrication and CAD work in a fast-moving team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build prototypes, and analyze failures
• Present design reviews and run analysis
• Design and execute hardware test plans
• Visit vendors and test sites as needed

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 months - 2 years of technical work (including internships) and able to start full time in 2026
• Demonstrated hands-on fabrication or laboratory skills
• CAD skills (any platform) and ability to make high-quality engineering drawings

• Ability to integrate electrical components (motors, controllers, sensors) into designs
• Experience with machining, sheet metal, injection molding, or 3D printing
