You'll guide beauty and wellness partners through the Fresha platform onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition. You'll manage project timelines, train partners on system adoption, and deliver a high-quality experience. This role requires fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and is based in Manila.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate onboarding process and set partner expectations.
• Guide and train partners on the Fresha platform to encourage adoption.
• Provide quality assurance and attention to detail during onboarding.
• Track project timelines, task progression, and record correspondence.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Excel and data cleaning
• Project coordination experience or certification highly desired
• Commercially minded with an understanding of partner needs
