🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on agile practices.
• Coordinate sprint activities and track progress.
• Identify and remove impediments to team performance.
• Support backlog refinement and user story definition.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with agile software development.
• Demonstrated success facilitating agile teams on complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

• Experience with government or defense clients.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
