You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand committed to fighting hunger. You'll drive sales, build customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role blends retail management with community impact through our meal donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds
