Requirements

  • 6+ years in inventory forecasting, supply planning, or inventory management in hardware/manufacturing.
  • Track record of improving inventory forecast accuracy and enforcing accountability.
  • Strong data analysis skills; able to identify systemic issues affecting forecast reliability.
  • Deep familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional planning projects from kickoff to execution, aligning stakeholders across supply chain, product, and engineering.
  • Design and optimize planning processes, identifying scalable solutions for demand, supply, and material planning.
  • Partner with systems analytics teams to translate planning challenges into ERP and planning tool enhancements.
  • Enable strategic decision-making by analyzing supply-demand imbalances and communicating trade-offs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring planning KPIs and reducing waste.
