Requirements
- 6+ years in inventory forecasting, supply planning, or inventory management in hardware/manufacturing.
- Track record of improving inventory forecast accuracy and enforcing accountability.
- Strong data analysis skills; able to identify systemic issues affecting forecast reliability.
- Deep familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional planning projects from kickoff to execution, aligning stakeholders across supply chain, product, and engineering.
- Design and optimize planning processes, identifying scalable solutions for demand, supply, and material planning.
- Partner with systems analytics teams to translate planning challenges into ERP and planning tool enhancements.
- Enable strategic decision-making by analyzing supply-demand imbalances and communicating trade-offs.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring planning KPIs and reducing waste.
