You'll prep vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, and buffing. You'll ensure cars meet high standards for Carvana's customers. The role includes state-of-the-art tools and training programs for skill advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sand, mask, tape, bag, and buff vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for paint application
• Use safety equipment and follow protocols

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
