Your core impact is building scalable HR infrastructure and ensuring compliance in France and other countries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement core HR processes across European markets
• Partner with regional leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
• Provide hands-on guidance on performance management and employee relations
• Drive employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Significant HR experience in Europe including HR Business Partner roles
• Deep knowledge of European labor law and practices with hands-on expertise
• Experience with works councils, unions, and CBAs
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences preferred; high-growth or startup settings ideal
