πΌ About This Role
You'll serve as the liaison between Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors during onboarding to Vestwell's platform. Your core impact is managing all aspects of the onboarding process to ensure successful transitions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the onboarding experience and provide subject matter expertise on plan design.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of onboarding from point of sale to platform transition.
- Coordinate conversion timelines and deliverables with advisors, sponsors, and prior recordkeepers.
- Serve as primary internal client advocate for plan sponsor and advisor contacts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet service level agreements.
π Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives.
- Professional experience using and optimizing tools like Jira, Zendesk, Asana, or Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated aptitude for rapid learning and iteration.
- Willingness to learn retirement plan design and conversion processes.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ERISA rules and experience with compliance systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).
- QKA or higher ASPPA credential.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
