💼 About This Role

You'll build automated growth systems at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, and Sales for TRACTIAN's industrial IoT platform. You'll own the middle and bottom of funnel, turning data signals into high-scale campaigns to drive Sales Qualified Leads and pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build automated growth systems using Clay and AI tooling
• Execute full-cycle campaigns from targeting to optimization
• Drive lifecycle automation based on product signals
• Partner with GTM Engineering to automate outreach
• Own measurable impact on SQLs, pipeline, and ROI

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation
• Power user of Clay and AI-agentic tooling
• Strong alignment with leadership principles: availability, first principles thinking
• Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude Code
• Sales alignment experience with SDRs and AEs
