Your work will bridge engineering and manufacturing to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are achieved. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for avionics commodities.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and long-term agreements.
• Partner cross-functionally to align procurement with program milestones.
• Drive supplier performance through risk management and negotiations.
• Mentor team members on aerospace manufacturing processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience.
• Direct experience managing avionics commodities in aerospace.
• Proven success driving supplier performance through KPIs and agreements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
• New Product Development (NPD) or Introduction (NPI) supply chain experience.
