You will lead the Brand Health Tracker and Brand Power Framework, design and interpret consumer research including NPS and segmentation, and provide data-driven insights to guide communication, product, and media strategies. Collaborate with research agencies and develop executive narratives for founders based on human behavior and data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in research and consumer insights
  • Background in psychology, sociology, or analytics
  • Strong command of brand tracking, segmentation, and qualitative/quantitative analysis
  • Ability to translate data into strategic storytelling
