💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of the month-end close and help strengthen financial controls at a fast-growing tech company. You'll play a key role in statutory reporting and ASX compliance while building the foundations for global expansion. This role offers hybrid working and a focus on process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the month-end close with accurate journals and reconciliations.
• Lead accounting areas including revenue recognition and fixed assets.
• Build and refine processes and policies to reflect best practice.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver insightful Board reporting.

📋 Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified (or working towards it).
• Experience in Big 4/mid-tier or a fast-growing business.
• Strong grounding in technical accounting and applying AASB/IFRS.
• Proven experience supporting month-end (journals, reconciliations).

• Exposure to NetSuite or similar systems.
• Listed company experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
