Description

You will develop and execute cross-functional initiatives to understand and improve the provider experience, working with leaders across the company to shape the provider experience strategy and lead a team to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience
• 15+ years experience, 10+ in healthcare consulting or strategic role in healthcare
• 7+ years collaborating and influencing at executive level
• 5+ years defining and deploying strategies at company level
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and shape Oscar's Provider Experience strategy
• Lead execution of multiple high-visibility strategic projects
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and analyze strategic opportunities
• Be the voice and advocate for provider experience internally and externally
• Recruit, lead and develop a team dedicated to delivering high impact outcomes
