💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-site concrete tank construction projects from start to finish. You'll own safety, quality, scheduling, workforce management, and customer relationships on complex builds across the central U.S. This role offers travel across the country and the chance to oversee critical infrastructure projects with a 90-year industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities for concrete tank projects
• Enforce safety program and conduct weekly inspections
• Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to meet quality and deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of construction experience with field leadership
• Experience with line & grade and large-scale concrete projects
• Knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.
