Description

As an Engagement Manager on the AI Expert Services team, you will own the entire lifecycle of deploying AI decisioning solutions for customers. You'll lead technical workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements, and influence the product roadmap to ensure successful, high-quality program delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • Fluent English and advanced Spanish
  • Hands-on technical experience with architectural and ML design at conceptual level
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and build relationships with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the AI deployment lifecycle from use case design to UAT
  • Facilitate technical workshops to align on objectives and integration architecture
  • Drive customer engagements as main point of contact, managing deliverables and risks
  • Drive process improvement by refining standardized AI deployment playbook
  • Influence product roadmap to remain customer-centric
