You'll own the SLED Enterprise territory for Washington and Oregon, driving net-new revenue and expansion through outbound pipeline generation and complex deal execution. You'll tell the Elastic Search AI story to government clients, closing consumption-based deals that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate pipeline.
  • Uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria using MEDDPICC framework.
  • Deliver tailored demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure multi-year commitments.

  • 5+ years closing complex SLED Enterprise deals in consumption-based model.
  • Proven ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
  • Track record of executive-level presentations tying product to business value.
  • History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts with margin protection.

  • Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
  • Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases.
