💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. You'll gain paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and launch a career in behavior therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in data collection system
• Relay client progress to BCBAs

📋 Requirements

• Availability Monday through Friday
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (if in specific locations)
