Description

You will work with the Parts Manager to facilitate HVAC Parts sales, understanding client needs and recommending the right parts. You'll handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting inventory control.

Requirements

• Strong customer service aptitude
• Excellent typing, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work out of Weymouth, MA office Monday – Friday
• Availability to work 7am – 4pm

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales of HVAC parts, online, in-person and via telephone
• Handle all customer inquiries regarding parts, projects or tracking
• Identify the best parts for the job and process the subsequent orders
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and package merchandise for customer pick up or shipment
• Provide support for inventory control and accuracy
