You'll build high-quality pipelines of passive technical candidates for engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles at a fast-growing AI company. Your core impact is finding and engaging exceptional talent that others miss, directly shaping the teams that power Reducto's product. This role offers deep sourcing craft development and exposure to world-class technical hiring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source passive technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels.
• Write personalized outreach messages that earn responses from top candidates.
• Conduct introductory screens to assess interest and baseline fit.
• Maintain clean pipeline data in Ashby and report on outreach performance.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools.
• Sourced for technical roles in agency, RPO, or internship context.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Boolean search and GitHub sourcing.
• Genuine interest in AI, ML, or developer tooling.
