Description

You will drive provider recruitment into NeueHealth's value-based care networks, managing the full business development cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure. This role involves market expansion, provider outreach, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, public health, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or provider relations
  • Ability to travel within assigned region up to 60%
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support identification and evaluation of new growth opportunities across Medicare ACOs, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and ACA value-based contracts
  • Generate provider pipeline using publicly available and internal databases
  • Conduct site visits, call/email physicians to recruit them into NeueHealth's network
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for growth pipeline and deal status
  • Prepare weekly business development summaries for senior leadership
