💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home physical therapy services to clients in Yavapai County, developing and implementing individualized care plans. Your work will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through rehabilitative care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Solid computer skills.
